Registration and Fees
National Conference for McNair Scholars and Undergraduate Research -
March 14-17, 2013
A registration form below must be
submitted for each person attending the conference.
Please note: Recruiters should not complete this form. Please see the Recruiter's Registration Form.
General Registration (December 8, 2012 - February 15, 2013) is $365.00 per person. (To qualify for the General Registration rate, registration must be submitted and payment must be postmarked by February 15, 2013.)
Special group discount: Register nine (9) participants and the registration fee for the 10th participant is FREE! (In order to take advantage of this group discount, all 10 registrants must submit the form on this page on the same calendar day.)
Late Registration (after February 16, 2013) fee is $450.00 per person. The late registration fee applies to all registrants whose payment is not postmarked by February 15, 2013.
Before submitting payment, please register using the form above. You will receive a confirmation email within one business day that confirms the total amount due. If you do not receive a confirmation email within one business day of submitting the form above, please call (301) 405-4749 for assistance.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: Make checks or money orders payable to: UM-McNair Conference. Please mail check or mail order to the address below, and include the name of each registrant and your institution.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING BY VISA/MASTERCARD: Please print and complete a copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form. The University of Maryland does not accept Discover or American Express. Please mail or fax this form to the following address:

NOTE: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE CONFERENCE IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE PARTICIPANT'S REGISTRATION.
Registration fees paid before February 1, 2013 are refundable less a processing charge of 10% of the actual registration fee. Requests must be sent via email to email@example.com before the deadline (February 1, 2013). No refund request will be processed if submitted later. All approved refunds will be disbursed after the conference.
