Students who received official notification from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and are interested in the Summer Transitional Program (STP), should review the prospective student checklist below. STP will be held in person from July 14 to August 22, 2025.
To submit the required prospective student materials, students must use the AAP-STP submission portal on this website. Instructions for completing digital versions of the Information Sheet are outlined below.

The Information Sheet and Verification Form can be completed in 2 ways:
*IF USING A COMPUTER, FOLLOW THESE 4 STEPS:
Step 1: Download and save the
appropriate PDF to your computer: Information Sheet
Step
2: Open Adobe Acrobat Reader, on
your computer and open the saved PDF from Step 1.
Step 3: Fill out the form
using the "Fill
& Sign tool"
of Adobe Acrobat Reader and input your signature.
Step 4: Save
the completed PDF and submit through the AAP-STP submission portal.
*IF USING A MOBILE DEVICE, FOLLOW THESE 4 STEPS:
Step 1: Download and save the
appropriate PDF to your device: Information Sheet
Step
2: Open Adobe
Fill and Sign on your device and open the saved PDF from Step 1.
Step 3:
Fill out the form and input your signature.
Step 4: Save the completed PDF and submit through the AAP-STP submission portal.
